Jaguar F-Type P450 AWD.
This is the second Jaguar F-Type P450 I have had the pleasure in owning. This first was a Reims edition bought new in 2021. The current car is a 2022 model purchased just outside of warranty. This means I am a bit more comfortable making small modification knowing I am not doing to have to do any explaining to the main dealer.
So a little bit of back ground. The V8 F-Types are a very old-school 5L supercharged 2-seater GT car. The car was introduced around 2014 and gained an instant reputation for its exhaust note, drama and a slightly mischievous streak. Over the years tightening regulations have seen the model mature such that some of the original appeal has been diluted.
The P450 was introduced in 2021 as a detuned version of the range-topping R version while keeping the same mechanical bits. As such it offers a lot of potential.
